Supported by more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, Ms. Conlon has served as the owner and wellness coach of Healthier Nutrition since 2012. Introduced to the benefits of good nutrition by an individual who sold her tea and smoothies that promote total body health, she strove to delve into the profession and has since been met with unmatched success. Prior to obtaining this appointment, Ms. Conlon served as a day home operator for eight years. She was also a health clerk at the Bigelow Fowler Clinic from 1990 to 1995 and at Lethbridge Regional Hospital in 1986. While working in these positions, she attended Lethbridge College, where she obtained a business diploma in cost accounting in 1988.
Civically involved as well, Ms. Conlon served for two decades with the Boy Scouts of America, and is in her 20th year of serving with Scouts Canada. The organization notably acknowledged her accomplishments with the Medal for Good Service. Likewise, Ms. Conlon has maintained her professional affiliation with the Alberta Motor Association.
Currently residing in Lethbridge, Ms. Conlon is most proud to have managed her business while remaining active in her own home, noting that it has been an excellent opportunity to be an entrepreneur while raising her children. She attributes her standout success to her own innate motivation and sense of purpose. Looking toward the future, Ms. Conlon intends to experience the continued expansion of her career.
