He has also represented cases before U.S. District Courts throughout Arizona, Tennessee and California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Currently, Mr. Tumpson serves as principal of his private law firm, the Law Offices of Albert J. Tumpson.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tumpson has excelled at various law firms, specializing in banking, real estate, business, transactional, litigation and regulatory law. He had also worked for the legal division of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for more than seven years in Washington and in San Francisco as Regional Counsel. In addition, he has shared his expertise as the author of various legal articles over the years. His appellate practice has resulted in several published opinions. Likewise, Mr. Tumpson maintains his professional affiliation with the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
