After the untimely passing of both of her parents, Ms. Hovorka inherited their properties, with which she was unsure of what to do. Drawing upon years of expertise in buyer representation, working with first-time home buyers and short sales, she currently excels as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Devonshire, a Broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek and a Real Estate Broker associate with RE/MAX Alliance-Central. Prior to embarking on her successful real estate journey, Ms. Hovorka gained valuable experience as a controller for GHP Horwath between 1977 and 2008.

Over the years, she has also received a GRI certificate and a Smart Technology certification, and became certified as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Negotiation Expert, a Broker, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, a Probate Real Estate Specialist and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Hovorka is affiliated with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and the American Asian Realtors Association.

Outside of her primary responsibilities, Ms. Hovorka has contributed to her community as a member of the National Sports Center for the Disabled for more than 20 years. In recognition of her outstanding work, she accepted the Denver Metro Realtors Excellence Award in 2018 and was honored as a Five-Star Professional Winner on five occasions.
