Ms. DeBrocq has always enjoyed working with children, and eventually decided to incorporate her passion into her career path. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in health administration from the University of North Florida, she began her career as a nutrition specialist for Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. Ms. DeBrocq has remained active with Episcopal Children's Service in the years since, holding the positions of a health service manager and social emotional service manager.
Currently, Ms. DeBrocq serves as the director of nutrition, a role in which she is responsible for supervising and administering all nutritional responsibilities for 2800 children in Head Start and Early Head Start programs in 12 counties. As a dedicated member of her community, she has volunteered her time and resources to various efforts through Habitat for Humanity and the United Way. Ms. DeBrocq has attributed her professional success to her desire to help others.
Ms. DeBrocq truly believes in her work at the Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. and is additionally motivated by her fellow dedicated colleagues. She maintains her professional affiliation with Florida Business Leaders. In the coming years, Ms. DeBrocq plans to remain at her current company while returning to academia to continue her education.
