In pursuit of his career in law, Mr. Marshall earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Appalachian School of Law in 2003, receiving the honor of highest achievement in his studies in Disability Law. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, he aligns himself with the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Mr. Marshall is also a certified representative before the Veteran's Administration.
