As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Now retired after more than four and a half inimitable decades in the field of health care, Ms. Hunt worked throughout South Dakota in a variety of capacities. She has also been an officer of the Saint Frances of Assisi Church in Sturgis since 1960 and was a member of the Sturgis Jaycees between 1963 and 1973.
