In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic Ms. Norton found her industry facing adversity and quickly decided to pivot. Ms. Norton decided to pursue a long time career passion in real estate. She obtained a scholarship from an esteemed local real estate company and became a certified real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
Drawing upon more than a decade of experience in hospitality sales and nonprofit management. Ms. Norton had found success in the Vail Valley. Her experience starting with Vail Resorts in Resort Sales and later moving into Wedding Sales for Beaver Creek, she represented 24 properties in the Vail Valley and increased sales by 50% year over year this is also where she developed the skill of being able to negotiate in emotionally charged situations. In 2015 Ms. Norton moved into a Group Sales Manager position for the iconic Manor Vail Lodge increasing their summer group business and built lasting relationships with her clients. Most recently Ms. Norton was the Lodging and Logistics Operations Manager with the Vail Valley Foundation. She fully embraced the lodging professional title by working on large scale community projects such as the GoPro Mountain Games, Vail Dance, and the FIS Birds of Prey World Cup Ski Races. It is through these positions that she has developed the desired skill set to be a successful Real Estate Broker.
