Dr. Fuller first garnered inspiration for choosing his medical specialty early in medical school. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Arts in education from Appalachian State University in 1995 and then went on to complete pre-medical studies there in 1997. By 2003, he earned a Doctor of Medicine from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He completed psychiatry residency training there in 2008.
Following his formal instruction in psychopathology, Dr. Fuller attained his board certification in psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2014. He has catered to a number of patients in various settings by diagnosing mental illnesses and administering the applicable medications. Throughout, he has been known for his technical expertise and compassion, cultivating good doctor-patient relationships. Currently, he enjoys his work as a medical director for Yelverton's Enrichment Services, Incorporated.
Dr. Fuller maintains membership with the American Psychiatric Association, the North Carolina Psychiatric Association, and the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi. Furthermore, he has previously served as an enlisted man and officer in the United States Navy. Dr. Fuller likewise donates to organizations such as No-Shave November and the local Alano Club annually. To attest to his success, he was named a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association in 2016.
