A self-taught author with years of experience to his credit, Mr. Hrib began practicing the craft of writing at the behest of his therapist. In the wake of his divorce, he realized that creating stories acted as a beneficial and satisfying coping mechanism. Harboring an affinity for his newfound skillset, he has penned novels with completed story arcs and ongoing plots that have blossomed into series.
Prior to his success as an author, Mr. Hrib served as a civil defense firefighter for 10 years. Shortly thereafter, he garnered a lauded reputation as an experienced firefighter for the Paterson Fire Department. By 1990, Mr. Hrib had obtained a promotion as the department's captain and served diligently within this capacity until 2002, when he subsequently excelled as the battalion fire chief. He relinquished his responsibilities and entered into a well-deserved retirement in 2009.
Mr. Hrib retains a decorated bibliography of compelling and gripping works of fiction. Such titles include "Capturing the Toucan", "Presidential Disease", "The Third Beginning" and "The Third Beginning Part 2: According to Karen & Robert". He attributes his success to perseverance, dedication and a passion for his work. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hrib plans to relocate to the Dominican Republic and continue his creative efforts.
