Backed by decades of expertise in management and administrative positions, Mr. Myers excels as a performance excellence consultant with Milliken. In this capacity, he utilizes his expertise to consult for manufacturing and maintenance engineering companies. Prior to his current role, Mr. Myers gained valuable expertise in the field as a senior maintenance planner for INEOS, ADM Contracted Planner and Kaiser Aluminum.
Between 2016 and 2018, Mr. Myers planned and estimated the maintenance for mechanical and electrical low and high voltage components for a large chemical plant in Cincinnati, Ohio on behalf of INEOS. Through Kaiser, he honed his expertise in large-scale production management as a planner for a 1.3-million-square-foot aluminum extrusion plant. Earlier in his career, Mr. Myers worked in several different roles with Appleton Papers, MSD, Phoenix Process Equipment, Fischer Packing Company and Viox Services.
In his varying positions, Mr. Myers focused on plant maintenance and project coordination, establishing planning and scheduling programs for major paper manufacturing lines and the Cargill Dayton Corn Milling Plant, and developed programs for a wide range of electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment. From 1968 until 1990, he served his country as a member of the United States Navy. During his tenure in the U.S. military, Mr. Myer also received a degree in fluid mechanics from the University of South Carolina.
Over the years, Mr. Myer has maintained the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of electrical power generating, distribution systems and electrical components on nuclear submarines. Additionally, he prepared procedures and for the repair of non-nuclear mechanical and electrical systems, which functioned as a foundation for the rest of his professional ventures. In the coming years, Mr. Myers intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
