Since the company's inception, he has provided consulting services in business planning and coaching for builders, remodelers and small construction businesses. In addition, he provides mediation, arbitration, and expert witness services in connection with construction related disputes and construction project management services for owner-builders.
Nationally recognized in custom home building and remodeling, Mr. Miller caters to a wide range of clients, including small volume builders, government licensing boards, attorneys specializing in construction-related issues and owner-builders on their residential or light commercial construction projects. For one of his prominent clients, the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses Idaho Contractors Board, Mr. Miller analyzes investigative reports on consumer complaints against contractors based on the State's laws, writes evaluation reports and provides the Board with his professional opinion regarding violations.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction technology from Wester Illinois University. Prior to establishing his company, Mr. Miller gained valuable expertise in contract administration, payroll, cost control, project management and quality assurance with Carney General Contractors, Morrison-Knudsen Company and Hunt Building Corporation. He moved his family to Boise Idaho in 1991 where he managed several local home building companies before establishing Chuck Miller Construction. Over the years, he has obtained a plethora of professional certifications including the National Association of Home Builders' Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Master In Residential Marketing (MIRM), Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP), Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (MCSP), and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). Mr. Miller is also a CDRS Dispute Resolution Training Institute Certified Construction Mediator Arbitrator. Driven to remain aware of new technologies and methodologies in construction, he has been an active member or the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI) and the Idaho Building Contractors Association (IBCA) since 1991. He is also an NAHB Master Instructor. Mr. Miller has been honored by NAHB as an Energy-Efficient Home Builder, a Builder Remodeler Educator, and a Residential Sales and Marketing Educator and by the BCASWI and IBCA as a Builder of the Year for his service to the industry.

In addition to managing his own business and volunteering with the NAHB, BCASWI, and IBCA, Mr. Miller also serves on the Ada County Building Code Board of Appeals and the Boise Schools District's Construction Trades Program Advisory Board and previously served as a Boise City Public Works Commissioner. He was also a Certified Emergency Medical Technician and served as a volunteer with the Ada County Paramedics.
