In 2019, Mr. Marchand along with three other associates noticed a niche in the industry and established Peak Performance Compounding Inc., for which he excels as the President.
In the second year of their business, Mr. Marchand and his associates obtained ISO 13485:2016 and 9001:2015 certifications within 8 months of the start of implementation. Through Peak Performance Compounding Inc., he serves the medical and industrial markets, compounding on a wide variety of Thermoplastic resins based on applications brought to them by customer need. Moreover, Mr. Marchand works directly with customers who bring applications to PEAK to ensure they receive best in class service for their compounding requirements.
Over the years, Mr. Marchand has attributed his professional success to his ability to develop relationships with customers and vendors in the industry. He has been consistently driven by the great people surrounding him and their exemplary performance.
