Coming of age in Lithuania, Mr. Sirvaitis drew greatly from the influence of his father, who had earned distinction as a prosecutor and government official. After immigrating to the United States in 1949, Mr. Sirvaitis received a Bachelor of Arts in history from John Carroll University in 1961, and later a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Cleveland Marshall Law School in 1966. Mr. Sirvaitis was admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Mr. Sirvaitis became a teacher in British literature, world history, and speech at Saint Edward's High School. While attending law school, Mr. Sirvaitis began his legal career in the legal department of the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. After practicing for more than 50 years, Mr. Sirvaitis has gained expertise in estate planning, estate administration and guardianship. He now practices law as a solo practitioner in several counties under his name.

Mr. Sirvaitis has attributed his professional success to the inspirational influence of his parents, as well as his efforts in being available to all clients. He maintains his professional affiliation with the Probate Committees of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. Outside of the scope of his career, he has been blessed to be a good father to three wonderful daughters. Looking toward the future, Mr. Sirvaitis plans to continue practicing in his field.
