ANGLETON, TX, November 09, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Allison Michelle Hemphill has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Houston, Hemphill had previously amassed a background in art and graphic design. However, she did not want to focus solely on design in her career, as she also desired to delve into marketing in order to understand the entire concept of developing a brand. Hemphill began her career in marketing as the director of communications and investor development at the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce, where she was first introduced to the world of fundraising.
Hemphill served as the corporate marketing director of Integrity Mortgage Group, where her design work was featured in national publications. She currently excels as the alternative funding director of the Angleton Independent School District (AISD) and the executive director of the AISD Education Foundation.
In her present position, Hemphill supports the Angleton Independent School District's efforts to raise money to support innovative educational programs such as robotics and engineering. For her exemplary efforts throughout her career, she was recognized as a Leader Under 40 by The Facts, a local newspaper. Additionally, she owns a company called Allison Ad House where she helps small businesses in her community with graphic design. Recently, Hemphill's logo design was selected to rebrand the City of Angleton after receiving nearly 53 percent of the votes from residents. Hemphill has attributed her professional success to her dedication and work ethic, which was instilled in her by her mother.
Hemphill maintains her affiliation with the American Marketing Association, the Texas Education Foundation Network, the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce and the Brazosport Chamber of Commerce. Hemphill is also currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) through Louisiana State University to further expand her knowledge of business.
