Based on the principles of 1 Corinthians 13:7, it was created to provide encouragement to all couples, married or not, by guiding them in the ways of a healthy relationship.
As the owner, Mrs. Lovekamp maintains oversight of Whole Hearts' daily operations. At the dawn of each day, she creates an inviting atmosphere for her guests by placing fresh flowers, playing classical music and lighting candles before preparing breakfast. Upon a guest leaving, she flips the room, takes inventory and addresses the needs of incoming guests. Before opening the bed and breakfast, she gained considerable professional expertise in the logistics industry, working in numerous management roles with L&M Logistics, GAF/ELK and Dynamic Security Inc. For nearly a decade, she maintained responsibility for the companies' fleet maintenance records, assured their shipments were dispatched timely and efficiently and supported a wide range of inventory-related efforts. During an earlier stage of her career, Mrs. Lovekamp dedicated herself to the U.S. Department of Defense, serving as a civil engineer at Robins Air Force Base for more than five years.
Driven to further expand upon her business acumen, Mrs. Lovekamp has completed coursework through several institutions, including Middle Georgia Technical College, Savannah Technical College, the University of Maryland University College, Kaplan University and Greenville Technical College. A champion of those less fortunate, she contributes during her spare time as a member of Impact Community Church. In recognition of her outstanding work, Whole Hearts Bed & Breakfast was recognized as a veteran-led company by Google. In the coming years, Mrs. Lovekamp aims to expand the services of Whole Hearts and increase its utilization by individuals, organizations and businesses as an event venue, meeting place or weekend retreat.
