Drawing upon more than 15 years of medical expertise, Dr. Paschold serves as a partner and physician with Virginia Oncology Associates, where he specializes in hematology and medical oncology. Over the years, he has also gained valuable expertise in the field as a member of the Medical Society of Virginia's Claude Moore Leadership Institute. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of helping manage and treat adult cancer and blood diseases.
In pursuit of his dream career, Dr. Paschold earned a Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1997. From there, he completed an internship, residency and fellowship in hematology and oncology through the University of Virginia's School of Medicine Health System. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, he retains professional alignment with the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Society of Integrative Oncology.
Dedicated to his community, Dr. Paschold gives back as medical director of the Cancer Care Foundation of Tidewater. For his professional achievements, he was named a Top Doctor in Coastal Virginia Magazine in 2017, was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and was invited to the Life Sciences Honors Program at North Carolina State University.
