Earlier in her career, she brought TURYAP, the largest real estate company of Turkey to US, as their first international franchise after 32 years. She created the Turyap brand here in USA, marketed and assisted buyers and sellers in both directions, creating a bridge between both Turkey and USA. She also gained valuable expertise in the field as president and executive general adjuster for Appraisal, Umpire & Consulting Services by Hilal, LLC, and managing Argus Fire & Casualty. Currently she owns MKA Global LLC as well, which took its name from Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, founder of Turkey servicing in USA as direct representative of Yeditepe University and Hospitals. Yeditepe University and Hospitals are owned by Bedrettin Dalan who is her role model. In his schools where she got her middle and high school education with the direction of ATATURK (founder of Turkey) policy and revolutions and was educated to be a leader, modern and initive.
Over the years, Ms. Borque has also found success in business as owner of Atlantic Floor Care Services. Before embarking on her professional journey, she received a Bachelor of Science in international business and finance and in international business, trade and commerce, both from Florida Atlantic University in 1996 and 1998, respectively. Subsequently, she became a Florida licensed real estate broker, insurance adjuster and notary public, as well as a certified court translator. A multicultural individual, she speaks English, Turkish, Italian and German.
Outside of her work, Ms. Borque retains professional alignment with the Florida Turkish American Association, Windstorm Conference, NAR and gives back as president of Unimpeded Life Organization. Due to her vast experience, she has been featured on television and in papers, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN Turk and Real Deal.
In recognition of her outstanding body of work, Ms. Borque has received numerous claims and real estate awards, including a Top 100 Brokers Award. In the coming years, she intends to continue working on a project grant for a large plot of land while giving back to the Turkish population in Miami.
