Throughout her career, Ms. Rose has been incredibly proud of the growth of her business, which was established as a 40-seat café before settling into a much bigger space.
For her efforts in her career, Ms. Rose was recognized as the Woman of the Year by the Women of Prince George's County, and she was notably presented with the Community Leader Award. Her restaurant has been honored for the Best Brunch and the Best Main Dish. Ms. Rose has attributed her professional success to her hard work over the years.
In her spare time, Ms. Rose volunteers with the Good News Community Kitchen and House of Hope, a girls group home based out of Milwaukee. She maintains her professional affiliation with the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, the Women of Prince George's County and her regional Chamber of Commerce. In the coming years, Ms. Rose plans to sell the company after years of success and begin investing in young entrepreneurs to help build them up.
