Mr. Yegnashankaran is a talented electrical engineer and expert in semiconductors and nanotechnology. His lengthy career, which spans more than 40 years, includes numerous upper-level positions with various organizations specific to the semiconductor field, research and development and manufacturing with respect to engineering. With no plans of slowing down, Mr. Yegnashankaran anticipates serving in a senior management position for several more years.

A native of India, Mr. Yegnashankaran relocated to the U.S. after nearly 10 years in his field in 1978. Hired by Fairchild Semiconductors International Inc., a semiconductor company based in San Jose, California that specialized in manufacturing transistors and in integrated circuits, he found success for five years as a senior engineer. He later flourished with AMD, LSI Logic Corporation in San Jose. Notably, Mr. Yegnashankaran was instrumental in developing all kinds of semiconductors memories and software to accelerate storage and networking in data centers, mobile networks and client computing, including gaming systems.

After nearly 20 years establishing himself as a leader among his peers, Mr. Yegnashankaran thrived in several leading roles. In 1996, he was additionally active with National Semiconductor Corporation in Santa Clara, California as the vice president of development and the senior vice president of research, development and technology. In the latter position, he was grateful for the opportunity to work on a project that assisted the blind community. Mr. Yegnashankaran was designated as a senior fellow with the National Semiconductor Corporation, a post in which he focused on new materials for necessary future technology until 2011.

During his career, Mr. Yegnashankaran was recruited to the board of Foveon Inc. and SRC Inc. He also gained extensive experience in converting products, helping companies become profitable by developing and implementing technology in a timely fashion. Among his other accomplishments, he was instrumental in the development of the first model of the Sony PlayStation in 1993 and he has secured over 40 patents and pending patents through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1995. Mr. Yegnashankaran was additionally selected to present at the National Science Foundation in 2018 on the topic of autonomous cars. He played a key management role in working with IMEC in Leuven, Belgium for 15 years doing fundamental R&D in CMOS, BiCMOS & MEMS technologies.

The vice president of manufacturing for SensTek since 2017, Mr. Yegnashankaran has also excelled as the chief executive officer of DigiAnalog Technology Corporation in Cupertino, an engineering company that offers services related to the design and production of semiconductors, since 2011. HE DOES NOT PLAN TO SLOW DOWN.

Mr. Yegnashankaran initially earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering at Sardar Patel University attached to the University of Mumbai in India in 1967. After graduating, he started his career in Mumbai in the field of discrete semiconductors. Later he was sent to Germany for training in the technology with Hermann KG.

While employed with Fairchild Semiconductors International Inc., he was honored with a President Award for turning a profit within his CCD division in just 18 months, amongst several other awards in his career. A celebrated Marquis listee, Mr. Yegnashankaran has been featured in the first edition of Who's Who in Corporate America and the 39th through 43rd editions of Who's Who in the West.
