Upon commissioning in the United States Air Force in 1992, she began cultivating a career that would span for more than 25 years by diligently performing numerous responsibilities in several capacities. Throughout her professional journey in the military, Mrs. Holland served as a Deputy Ops Chief (DO), a flight commander, the division chief of a radar cross section test facility and a deputy chief of the Joint Space Operations Center Mission System program, to name a few.
Currently, Mrs. Holland excels as a senior lead systems engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated. After researching the corporation's business model, she admired its methods of operation and the value it exhibited for its employees. Mrs. Holland's potential to ascend the upper echelons of the organization, as well as her ability to diversify her proficiencies, have heavily influenced her decision to maintain her professional involvement with Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated.
Prior to her professional ventures, Mrs. Holland enrolled at the University of Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical engineering in 1992. In 1996, she obtained a Master of Science in management from Lesley University, which was formerly known as Lesley College. Mrs. Holland concluded her education at the Air Force Institute of Technology, with a Master of Science in systems engineering in 2006.
Mrs. Holland has been acknowledged with a number of decorations for her service. Throughout the course of her service, the United States Air Force bestowed her with a Bronze Star, multiple Meritorious Service Medals, two Commendation Medals, and one Achievement Medal. She also received two Silver Awards, one Gold Award, and one Platinum Award for her work with Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated. Mrs. Holland aspires to continue striving to deliver software expediently to space operators with her company in the near future.
