After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University, Anne Moore-Sparks now serves in a dual role as director of the Danville Public Schools Education Foundation and the Communications Coordinator with Danville Public Schools. She embarked on her career journey in order to invest in the community that she grew up in and its greatest assets, its children.

In her current executive position, Ms. Moore-Sparks focuses on fundraising efforts to support programs and initiatives for the Danville Public School system. She has attributed her professional success to the relationships she has fostered, which have led to productive, collaborative efforts with many team members. She maintains professional and community affiliation with the National School Public Relations Association, Rotary International, the Danville Church-Based Tutorial Program, and the Southside Area Tennis Association.
