Mrs. Martin received her Associate Degree from San Joaquin Valley College in Bakersfield, CA in 2001. She is licensed in insurance, mortgages and finance. She is an ambassador to the Chamber of Commerce and was the president of a chapter of Students Against Drunk Driving. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Women's Council of Realtors and Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon. She was awarded several Military awards with the U.S. Navy and hopes one day to have a team unit in each state to improve citizens' financial status.
