A practicing lawyer for the past 10 years, Mr. Miller has been a managing partner at Miller & Falkner Attorneys for eight years. His expertise is in litigating medical negligence by physicians, hospitals and their employees and nursing home negligence, as well as trucking and automobile accident litigation and employment termination litigation. He also has experience with collective bargaining for unions and contract negotiation matters for various professions.

Mr. Miller received his JD with Honors from the Brandeis School of Law of the University of Louisville in 1997. He is currently licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court, the Eastern District of Kentucky and the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky. He was awarded the Marlin M. Volz Scholarship for Academic Excellence and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Legal Excellence.
