As a military wife and a stay-at-home mom, Ms. Cleven was often tasked with moving her family across the United States, which included searching for and choosing the right home in which to settle. Having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in home economics education from the University of Nebraska, she has dedicated her time to teaching painting classes from home and selling handmade crafts. After moving to Pennsylvania and purchasing another new home, she was encouraged by a real estate agent to venture into the industry herself. After enrolling in the necessary real estate classes, Ms. Cleven began her career in 1987 as a realtor with ERA Sibel & Associates, with which she was able to build a foundation and gain a valuable education in the field.
Ms. Cleven and her family later moved to Hawaii, where she found success as a realtor at ERA Stott Real Estate and ERA Beacan Associates. In Hawaii, she excelled in production and became the first agent to be presented with the First in Service Award by ERA National. Subsequently, the family moved to Arizona, where she flourished at her real estate home at ERA Four Feathers Realty. Specializing in residential sales, Ms. Cleven has been active as a member of the ERA Leaders Circle for production since 2000.
Notably, Ms. Cleven accepted the Brenda W. Casserly Award for Top All-Around Sales Associate in 2018. In 2019, she was ranked number five in production for all of ERA nationwide. In addition, she has received more than 20 plaques recognizing her talent and accomplishments throughout her career. Ms. Cleven has attributed her professional success to learning every aspect of the business, treating clients fairly and always being available when needed.
As a dedicated professional, Ms. Cleven has taken pride in helping families solve their housing needs with her vast industry knowledge. She works with many types of clients ranging from first-time home buyers to people who own multiple properties in multiple states. In her business, Ms. Cleven strives to treat clients like family and provide the same service she would expect if she was on the other side of the transaction.
Civically, Ms. Cleven remains affiliated with Rotary and her church. She has maintained her professional membership with the National Association of Realtors. Looking toward the future, Ms. Cleven plans to continue thriving on her current career path.
