Caroline A. Chavez Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Real Estate

    LAS VEGAS, NV, February 23, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Caroline A. Chavez has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Ms. Chavez is a real estate and property management expert and is the co-founder and broker at Legacy Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. She entered the real estate field after the company she worked for filed for bankruptcy in the early 2000s, bringing her to a job as an administrative assistant for MDL Group, a commercial real estate company. Shortly after entering the industry, Ms. Chavez obtained her real estate license, and she remained an asset manager for MDL Group until 2006.

After a brief term as a real estate manager for CBRE, Ms. Chavez joined Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments as a property manager in 2008. She remained with Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments for more than a decade, departing in 2018 to become a senior property manager with Cushman & Wakefield and accept a term as president of BOMA Nevada. Since 2020, Ms. Chavez has occupied her current role as the chief executive officer and broker at Legacy Commercial Real Estate Services, building upon more than two decades of leadership and property management expertise. She obtained her real estate license in 2001 and her broker license in 2020.

Having managed more than 300,000 square feet of medical office space across three hospital campuses, and a current portfolio of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate, Ms. Chavez is a fierce advocate for her tenants, properties and broker-colleagues. She is active in industry lobbying and reform efforts, as well as a passionate supporter of charitable initiatives, such as Project Marilyn, Project 150, Three Square Food Bank, St. Jude's Ranch for Kids and Project for Humanity, among other organizations.

Ms. Chavez is a three-time winner of the TOBY- "The Outstanding Building of the Year" Award, former chair of the Women's Integrated Network and current member of CREW- "Commercial Real Estate Women" and BOMA-"Building Owners and Managers Association". Although she has experienced many commercial and business successes, including starting her own business, Ms. Chavez considers her greatest accomplishments to be her industry leadership, the lasting marriage to her husband Alejandro, of 21 years and commitment and unwavering love to her 5 grandchildren. She attributes her success to her love and passion for the industry and her natural affinity for problem solving. Looking toward the future, she intends to be an influence and teacher to the next generation of industry professionals.
