Prior to finding success as a Senior project manager at ACS System Associates Incorporated, Mr. Badal attended Aviation High School – Long Island City, New York in 2002. He exhibited a passion for learning through participatory education from a young age, a quality he attributes to his early interest in engineering. In 2006, he completed his secondary education as a Certified Qualified Aviation maintenance technician in both Powerplant & Airframe.
Enrolling at the New York City College of Technology, Mr. Badal graduated with an Associate of Science in Mechanical engineering in 2009. In 2014, he obtained a Professional Certification in construction Project management from New York University. In addition to his repertoire of skills, he is also a certified Scrum Master.
Mr. Badal embarked on his professional ventures as a Construction Superintendent for Beys Specialty Incorporated in 2009, with which he coordinated the activities of numerous craftsmen and ensured all projects aligned with building codes and licensed specifications. From 2011 to 2012, he contributed to B&B Sheet Metal as a Production Manager. Simultaneously, he began his tenure with ACS System Associates Incorporated, with which he continues to excel by supervising every aspect of the construction management process, including Purchasing, Contract Buy-outs, Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Submittals, BIM/MEP Coordination, CPM Schedule Development, Monthly Project Monitoring and Controls and Final Closeout and Acceptance.
Mr. Badal has also received a Congressional Award for his Participation with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (GOIAM) Youth Training Program. Furthermore, he has earned the Professional Development Gold Standard Series Badge from New York University for his exceptional academic performance. In the coming years, Mr. Badal plans to ascend the upper echelons of his industry with the hope that he will eventually fulfill the responsibilities of an executive or possibly found his own company.
