She manages multiple areas within the small business lending group of the bank. She is an SBA SOP and process expert, ensuring all loans are closed in accordance with SBA, Bank and regulatory requirements. She is responsible for all internal and external originations audits and construction lending for the SBL team. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Beall's business has expanded prolifically, given the bank's status as a government guaranteed lender. Ms. Beall has taken considerable pride in working with payment protection programs in order to obtain funds for small business borrowers in need.
Prior to obtaining her current role, Ms. Beall worked as the vice president and loan closing manager for CapitalSource, and senior closer, auditor, vice president and national closing manager for CIT Small Business Lending Corporation. Though her career has been suffused with highlights, she is especially proud to have hired, trained and educated an amazing team of SBA closers and auditors. Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Beall completed a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Colorado in Denver in 1998. She subsequently returned to her alma mater and earned a Master of Science in organizational management, as well as the Student of the Year Award, in 2011. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, she aligns herself with the Colorado Association of Government Guaranteed Leaders and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. Alongside her work with Pacific Western Bank, she frequently contributes to her community as an active member of the America West Conference and as a donor to several local animal shelters. In the near future, Ms. Beall intends to manage her own SBA division.
