Founded in 2020, his practice mainly focuses on litigation, arbitration and mediation, offering his expertise in the matters of construction law, alternative dispute resolution, complex business disputes, real estate and general consulting. Backed by more than 40 years of legal expertise, Mr. Keller previously found success as a private arbitrator and mediator, an associate and partner with Coburn and Croft, Thompson Coburn, Herzog Crebs, and counsel for Sandberg Phoenix.

Throughout his career, Mr. Keller has tried more than 100 cases to completion, including those for both plaintiffs and defendants with large and small companies and other businesses as well as individuals. He fondly recalls a five-month-long trial in which he resolved a construction dispute concerning two family units in Illinois. Mr. Keller has additionally arbitrated more than 200 cases, mediated more than 200 cases, and appeared before numerous Courts of Appeals throughout Missouri and Illinois.

A prolific writer as well, Mr. Keller has published more than 150 articles in law journals and legal guidebooks. His most recent article, titled "50 Years of Construction Delay Claims," was selected for inclusion in Saint Louis Construction News and Review in 2020. Noted as a champion of a variety of charitable and civic causes, Mr. Keller was formerly recruited as a corporate fundraiser for the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, a trustee for Villanova Neighborhood, the president of trustees of the Merit Drive Association, the chairman of fundraising for the business organization section of the United Way and the past president of Encore.

Inspired by his father and grandfather, Mr. Keller initially studied at the University of Missouri in its extremely competitive department of communications, earning a Bachelor of Journalism degree in 1977. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he also worked for a newspaper in Missouri. He concluded his education at Washington University, from which he graduated with his law degree in 1980. Mr. Keller has been admitted to practice law by the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Extensively involved in numerous industry-related organizations in support of his career, Mr. Keller is a lifetime fellow of the Missouri Bar Foundation, a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, a fellow of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys, and a former chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution committee of the Missouri Bar Association and the chairman of the construction advisory committee of the Saint Louis region of the American Arbitration Association. He further flourished as the former chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution committee, the former chair of the construction law committee and a former member of the board of governors of the Bar Association of the Metropolitan of Saint Louis. Among other affiliations, Mr. Keller is a member of the American Bar Association.

Highly acclaimed in his field, Mr. Keller has been recognized in several major legal publications, including Super Lawyers for construction/litigation, corporate, and business and the American Registry as One of America's Most Honorable Professionals. He was also recently honored by Saint Louis Magazine as a Best Lawyer in the categories of construction law and litigation/construction for 2021 and among America's Top 100 Company Litigators in Missouri for High Stakes Litigations Exceeding $2 Million for 2019 and 2020. Additionally, he has maintained an AV-Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubble since 1988. A celebrated Marquis listee, Mr. Keller has been featured in the seventh and eighth editions of Who's Who in American Law.
