Driven by childhood dreams of becoming either a doctor or engineer, Mr. Nwabuokei earned a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications and electronic engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in 2006 and a Master of Science in telecommunications and computers engineering from George Washington University in 2011. During his graduate studies, he gained valuable expertise as an audiovisual technology technician while working with the University as well. Upon graduating, Mr. Nwabuokei joined Qualcomm and Teleworld Solutions as an RF engineer.
Supported by his expertise in innovative telecommunications and wireless communications engineering design, Mr. Nwabuokei transferred his expertise to Alcatel-Lucent through Managed Staffing, LLC. Between 2012 and 2015, he maintained responsibility for nationwide and market performance reporting and acceptance, and performed regular activation of new sites. Throughout the course of his career, he also honed his industry knowledge as an engineering manager and lead project engineer for Nomad Digital. A seasoned wireless communications design and optimization engineering expert with a proven record of success in design and planning, Mr. Nwabuokei excels today as an RF engineer with Booz Allen Hamilton.
In his position with Booz, Mr. Nwabuokei oversees link budgeting, coverage and path analysis, interference analysis and intermodulation studies, RF Circuit and Antenna design, EMI/EMC analysis, provides support for FCC licensing and Special Temporary Authorization requests for Experimental Communication Tests, performs satellite communications systems, radar and aerospace vehicle path design and analysis using STK, and much more. Though his career has been suffused with highlights, he is especially humbly proud to have solved complex issues and become a well-recognized professional in his industry.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Nwabuokei has furthered his expertise with several certificates, including an EL-CID certification through the U.S. Department of Commerce, a CBRS-CPI certification through Federated Wireless, a model-based system engineering certificate through Booz Allen Hamilton, Air/Land/Sea and Space Test & Evaluation (T&E) certificate through Booz Allen Hamilton, STK certification by AGI, and a FEKO certification through Altair Engineering. Additionally, he maintains his professional alignment with the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council (NPSTC), ResearchGate and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
