Ms. Cargnelli is a Designer and Architect who graduated from the University of Caracas in Venezuela, and was recognized as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture by the U.S. government when she applied for a working visa in the U.S. in 1995. The majority of her professional life was spent in Venezuela; some of her works were published in magazines and books in Japan, France and Venezuela. She was also honored by the Encyclopedia of Venezuela as a distinguished member of the new generation of professionals.

A passionate tourism development designer and architect, Ms. Cargnelli welcomed the opportunity to work in South Florida, testing her skills and ideas in a small hospitality business. White Gate Court was an old, dysfunctional motel built in the Fifties. Ms. Cargnelli recognized the property's potential and accepted the challenge to transform it into one of the most successful resorts in the Florida Keys. White Gate Court is a seashore development which accommodates a limited number of guests who enjoy exploring a different lifestyle.
