Born in Venezuela, Dr. Santamaria relocated to the United States at the age of 11 years. Inspired by several family members who were dentists, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Anselm College in 1996 and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut in 2002. Soon thereafter, she completed her General Practice Residency at Boston Medical Center. Obtaining a postgraduate residency program certificate from Boston Medical Center in 2003, Dr. Santamaria has excelled as an attending general dentist for the Franciscan Hospital for Children in the years since.
Throughout her career, Dr. Santamaria has gained valuable expertise in General Dentistry with Merrimack Valley Dental. In addition to her work with the Franciscan Hospital for Children, she has found success in General and Cosmetic Dentistry with Emerson Dental. In 2019, Dr. Santamaria decided to open her own Dental Practice in Manchester, essentially bringing her back to the community where she grew up. Oasis Dental is her creation of a dental oasis for her patients. Through Oasis, she provides a wide range of outstanding services that allow her patients to smile with confidence. Even though her career has been filled with many highlights, Dr. Santamaria is incredibly proud of utilizing her skill set to better serve her community.
An expert in her field, Dr. Santamaria is affiliated with the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, Business Networking International and the American Dental Association. In her spare time, she contributes to CURE International as a dental outreach volunteer. For her stellar professional achievements, she has been recognized as the Friendliest Dentist in the City through the HIPPO Magazine and was honored among the Trademark Women of Distinction in 2020.
