Ms. Collins is an attorney and Medicare compliance expert who has excelled as a Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance Advisor for ISO Claims Partners since 2019. Citing her position with ISO Claims Partners to have been among her greatest professional accomplishments, she is proud to have developed her legal skills and furthered her education in her current role. With ISO Claims Partners, Ms. Collins is responsible for reviewing medical records for her clients while advising them on Medicare set-asides.
In her formative years, Ms. Collins aspired to study law and become an attorney. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Spanish at Roanoke College in 2014, she subsequently obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from New England Law in 2017. During this time, she completed a judicial externship with the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court before beginning her career as an intellectual property researcher for Nixon & Peabody from 2016 to 2017. Ms. Collins briefly worked as a legal researcher at the Law Offices of David K. Reppucci through the end of 2017 prior to becoming an associate with the Law Offices of Randall L. Pratt in 2018.
Ms. Collins remained active with the Law Offices of Randall L. Pratt until 2019, at which point she was recruited as an associate with Chisholm Persson & Ball PC. She later accepted her present post with ISO Claims Partners. A former volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life, Ms. Collins has additionally contributed to Those Left Behind.
Published in the New England Law Review, Ms. Collins has been affiliated with NAELA, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. As a testament to her exceptional undertakings, she is the recipient of a Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Contract Drafting. Looking toward the future, Ms. Collins hopes to continue to work toward her certification in MSP compliance.
