Mr. Billings has been a shareholder at the law firm of Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens P.C. since 2018. Mr. Billings joined Fellers Snider as an associate attorney in 2013. Prior to embarking on his professional ventures, Mr. Billings attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2010. He continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and obtained his J.D. in 2013, graduating in the top 10 in his class.
