With more than 35 years of professional experience in the fields of publishing and engineering to her credit, Ms. Hirsch has found success as an author of a series of Fantasy/Science Fiction/Magical Realism novels. Notably, she penned "The God Games: Heaven & Hell" in November 2020, having previously authored its predecessor "The God Games: Legend of Kor" in 2014.
Prior to establishing herself as a published writer, Ms. Hirsch worked as a telecommunications traffic engineer at STARNET Corporation, a subsidiary of Ford Aerospace and Communications Corporation, in San Diego, California, for six years. Previously, she was a personal assistant for a San Diego Rabbi, and then spent 14 years as engineer and operations manager of six gold mines in Julian, California. Civically engaged in her local community, she remains active within her synagogue. In addition, she is equally as passionate about civil rights, her name being honored on the Wall of Tolerance in the Civil Rights Memorial Center in Montgomery, Alabama.
To prepare for the unfolding of her book series, Ms. Hirsch deeply researched the concepts and cultural prevalence of both heaven and hell for more than a decade. Earlier in her career she earned a certificate in computer science and worked on obtaining an associate degree from Grossmont College, in 2000. Looking towards the future, Ms. Hirsch intends to continue writing the final book of "The God Games Trilogy", "The God Games: Challenge of Satan".
