As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

While attending high school, Mr. Boatright began to help coach elementary school children. After attending Northeastern State Oklahoma University, he aspired to continue mentoring younger children, and decided to continue coaching. Having succeeded thus far, Mr. Boatright resolved to establish his own business, the Aurora Flyers Track Club and TrainRight Company, where he currently serves as the chief executive officer, director and coach.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Boatright has coached track teams at five local high schools and junior high schools, and basketball at four local high schools. His current business is a track and field club for children ages seven to 19. Three of Mr. Boatright's former students have gone on to become Olympians, and many have won NCAA championships and world championships.

At his training club, Mr. Boatright specializes in developing running and breathing techniques, as well as super conditioning. He also provides scholarships and helps students network with college coaches. As a dedicated coach, Mr. Boatright has strived to teach athletes the importance of discipline and guidance in order to become successful in their own right.

Prior to his work as a coach, Mr. Boatright tried out for the National Football League's Chicago Bears. Well regarded for his athletic prowess, he was previously named as an All Star and Athlete of the Year at his high school. For his efforts over the years, he received the Black American Heritage Award from the African American Heritage Group and was recognized as the Coach of the Year by AAU Track & Field for four Zone C Coach of the Year.

In accounting for his standout triumphs, he credits his faith, hard work and persistence. In the coming years, Mr. Boatright plans to continue reaping the fruits of his success.
