Norman Hains Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Lime and Water Pollution Consulting

Mr. Hains has worked through his eponymous consultancy firm after his retirement in 2001



    ARLINGTON, TX, May 18, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Norman Hains has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Drawing on years of expertise in industrial engineering, statistical quality control, technical sales, marketing research, product marketing and more, Mr. Hains excels today as the founder of Hains 83 Consultant LLC. As an industrial consultant, he has not only prepared and submitted a domestic patent for StoneCoat masonry veneer products, but also generated a new lime business near the Houston ship channel at chemical plants and sold more than a million dollars' worth of lime for a variety of purposes. Ever since Mr. Hains began as a consultant during the early-2000s, he has honed his considerable expertise in the areas of lime and water pollution consulting.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Hains served as a technical service and research manager for the Chemical Line Management Company and as an industrial sales manager for Chemline. For almost two decades, he invented four patents in lime slaking and new soil stabilization uses for lime on behalf of Chemical Line Management, as well as a new method of slurrying lime to produce high-density characteristics. During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Hains gained valuable expertise in the field as a sales manager with the Woodbine Corporation, a technical sales expert with Texas Lime Company, a sales engineer, quality supervisor and quality manager for U.S. Gypsum Company, and as a quality control tester for Gaylord Container Corp.

An expert in his field, Mr. Hains earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1960 and has pursued continuing education seminars at Southern Methodist University. After graduating from college in 1960, Norman Hains served actively in the U.S. Navy as a radar man until honorably discharged in June of 1962. Outside of his work, he maintains his affiliation with the American Legion, and donates to charities for wounded veterans. For his professional accomplishments, he won a Presidential Award, as well as the Salesman of the Year Award in 1977 and 1978. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hains intends to continue consulting and enjoy his retirement.
