Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

With over three decades of experience to her credit as an educator, Ms. Knadel has long been dedicated to her young students. Beginning in 2001, she established herself as the director of the Campus Learning Center at Augustana University. Prior to this period, Ms. Knadel served as an administrator at Augustana College between 1988 and 2001. Throughout the length of her career, she is fortunate to have taught and formed personal relationships with her students and their families.
