Drawing on more than a decade of administrative support and customer service expertise, Ms. Tillman excels in her role as a fiscal clerk specializing in accounts payable for Chesco Services. Since joining the company in 2017, she has maintained responsibility for all invoices and created purchase orders for large purchases. Likewise, Ms. Tillman handles grocery orders that are distributed amongst programs, and purchases and distributes all agency office and household supplies on behalf of the company.
During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Tillman worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Wal-Mart Supercenter between 2014 and 2015 before switching careers. She worked for Chesco Services as a receptionist and human resource clerk. Between 2015 and 2017, she coordinated the use of company vehicles, processed employment applications, and prepared and processed all medication data. Additionally, she dedicated herself to her country for eight years as a member of the Air Force Reserves. Throughout the course of her professional journey thus far, Ms. Tillman has furthered her education, earning an Associate of Arts in general business from Northeastern Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Coker University. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Masters in the Human Resources Field.
Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Tillman aligns herself with the Tri Alpha Honor Society of Coker University and gives back as a volunteer with the Girl Scouts. In light of her professional excellence, she received an Official Award for Going Above and Beyond and was honored as the Airman of the Quarter in 2014. Though her career has been suffused with highlights, she is most proud of her career in the Air Force. She is also proud of becoming a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated, which is a worldwide African American Sorority. Looking toward the future, Ms. Tillman intends to serve as a director of human resources within the business field.
