Liz Kapp's real estate career began in 2000 as an agent in the Atlanta Metro area. She started off in the residential market however her career took off while in commercial and industrial real estate. As a commercial agent she handled everything from commercial sales and leasing to land development. Liz specialized in dealing with national big box retailers and global industrial manufacturing facilities. She was instrumental in developing numerous shopping centers as well as helping new local businesses get their start.
In 2013 Liz relocated to the Delaware coast. She became a licensed agent in Maryland and Delaware with Long & Foster Bethany Beach in 2015. Once she had her license, she was asked to be a board member for the Sussex County Commercial Board of Realtors. Although she really enjoyed commercial, she wanted to shift her focus back to residential real estate.

She has received multiple awards. She was awarded the 2020 Seven Star Award by Broker Agent Advisor. She has been a member of the Long and Foster Gold team and in 2020 she achieved Master's Club status. She was named Top Individual Producer of the Office (by selling gross commission income) in 2020.
