After pursuing her passion for event planning in Danbury, Connecticut between 2006 and 2009, Mrs. Gaudioso earned an Associate of Arts in visual communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and became a licensed Realtor in the State of Connecticut. Over the years, she gained valuable professional expertise as a project coordinator with Rik Ducar from 2010 to 2011, administrative assistant intern with Moana Events in 2011, event and marketing intern with Maile Weddings and Events from 2011 to 2012, visual merchandising manager for The Paper Store from 2016 to 2017 and visual manager for Forever 21 from 2011 to 2017.
Driven to be the modern agent that buyers and sellers need, Mrs. Gaudioso excels today as a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. Since joining the company in 2018, she not only stays up to date on the market, but prepares homes for sale, updates sellers on pricing and schedules maintenance for homes. Although her career has been filled with highlights, she is most proud of receiving the International Sterling Society Award through Coldwell Banker Realty in 2021 for her excellence in sales.
To remain abreast of changes in the field, Mrs. Gaudioso is affiliated with the Connecticut Association of Realtors and serves as director for the Newtown Board of Realtors. Within the next five years, Mrs. Gaudioso intends to continue as a Realtor and establish an LLC that offers marketing, design, and real estate services. She ultimately intends to provide a whole package for sellers through one all-inclusive provider.
