Having long held an interest in politics, government and entrepreneurship, Mr. Green likewise found inspiration in the form of his grandfather, whose connections to the Heating and Air Association helped lead to his career as a lobbyist. While attending the University of Georgia, he was encouraged to run for the local school board and, in 2018, became the youngest elected official in his county of Georgia. Since graduating with a bachelor's degree in political science, Mr. Green has distinguished himself on the Pickens County Board of Education, as a lobbyist and executive director of the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia and as the owner of Tucker Green & Associates Inc.
In his current position, Mr. Green caters to trade associations, through which he advocates for and represents the interests of his clients in the HVAC, groundwater, well drilling, heavy equipment distribution industries throughout Georgia. Likewise involved as a public education advocate, he was previously selected to be a Georgia delegate for Georgia School Boards Association. Civically, Mr. Green has been active with the governmental operations committee of the Georgia School Boards Association, through which he has also served on a task force related to rural school districts.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Green has attributed his professional success to his strong work ethic, which has propelled him toward success at a young age. Looking toward the future, he would like to continue making a difference in politics and business within his local county, as well as on a more national scale.
