In pursuit of her medical aspirations, Dr. Jirau-Rosaly initially earned a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University in 1994. Subsequently, she obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Central Del Caribe in 2002 before completing an internship and residency through the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in 2003 and 2005, respectively. Over the years, she also became certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Devoted to her community, Dr. Jirau-Rosaly has provided to those in need through Clinica Latina, as well as American Family Physicians.
In light of her outstanding body of work, Dr. Jirau-Rosaly was presented with an Army Achievement Medal in 200t and the Saint Barbara's Medal from the U.S. Army in 2008.
Additionally, she was recognized with Army Commendation Medals in 2008 and 2009 and a Meritorious Service Medal in 2012. She also accepted a fellowship from the Madigan Army Medical Center.
