Though he was born to a family of dentists and orthodontists, Mr. Batastini never felt called to pursue a career in medicine. Instead, he followed in the footsteps of his aunt and uncle, who inspired him to forge a path in the field of law. While earning a Bachelor of Arts in communications and political science from Temple University, he began his career as a legal intern with Loveland, Garrett & Batastini, Attorneys-at-Law and worked as a subpoena server with Selective Subpoena. Upon his graduation, Mr. Batastini gained valuable expertise as a judicial clerk for the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Batastini subsequently served as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Raffaele Puppio LLC and the Law Offices of Patrick F. Lauer Jr. LLC while pursuing a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Widener University School of Law. Obtaining his legal degree in 2017, he has been admitted to practice law through the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Batastini is also affiliated with the Federalists Attorney Association.
Backed by his considerable expertise, Mr. Batastini currently excels as house counsel and attorney for Chubb Insurance. He was previously active as a claims associate for the multinational division of the aforementioned company. In his role as house counsel, Mr. Batastini defends general liability cases for those insured by the company.
In conjunction with his primary work in the field, Mr. Batastini has contributed to his community through Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation between 2012 and 2014. Looking toward the future, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
