His regular duties include overseeing operations, teaching social skills including respecting authority and accepting decisions, and consulting with the treatment team on implementation strategies. Mr. Simpson attributes his success to the support and training he received from his organization, and to his dedication to caring for at-risk youth and their families.

A graduate of Creighton University, Omaha, Mr. Simpson earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature in 2004. In 2007, he was honored with recognition as a model assistant and the Editor's Choice Award for Poetry. He aspires to become a clinical specialist.
