In this position, he represent clients by means of litigation, business negotiation and transactions. He began his career as an associate at Young & Stein from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Schley is an expert in civil litigation, commercial litigation, corporate representation, trustee representation and estate administration.
Mr. Schley obtained a Bachelor in Business and Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2005. He subsequently earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Shepard Board Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2007. Following this accomplishment, he was admitted to practice law before Florida State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Schley was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a county court mediator and a circuit civil mediator.
Mr. Schley was inspired to pursue a career in law during his undergraduate education. After arguing with a professor about a case in a business law class, he was urged to continue his studies as a law student. Mr. Schley is proud to have become a partner in less than 10 years after graduating from law school. Additionally, he is honored to have been featured in the Business Law Review Journal.
Mr. Schley attributes his success to his work ethic, discipline and eagerness to work above and beyond what was required of him. In his free time, he works pro bono for law enforcement officers and volunteers at his local churches and schools. Looking toward the future, Mr. Schley aims to continue assisting young lawyers while working on files and representing clients.
