He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loras College, where he was an All-American mediator and a member of the award-winning mock trial teams. Mr. Flinn received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa's College of Law in 2016, where was a member of the National Trial Competition and the Native American Law School Association Moot Court teams, as well as a delegate to the Student Bar Association. During law school, Mr. Flinn worked under several attorneys and a judge.
Mr. Flinn is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma, and is a certified mediator. Keith has worked in private practice and as an assistant district attorney for the District Attorney's Office of Tulsa County. He is currently a Managing Attorney at the Wirth Law Office. His practice includes family law, criminal law, as well as probate and guardianship litigation, and also select civil cases.
Mr. Flinn is a board member of Operation Aware of Oklahoma, and has volunteered his time doing wildlands conservation, and for March of Dimes.
