Mr. Reimer further flourished as a quality manager with Rolite Manufacturing, where he increased on-time delivery rates from 50% to 95%, and ATech, through which he reduced non-conformances 50% in one year.
During the middle years of his career, Mr. Reimer worked as a manufacturing and ERP system engineer for Precision Photo-Fab Inc. In this post, he launched and maintained Lilly Software's Visual Manufacturing ERP System, generated quotes for new client products and achieved plant recognition as a model site for the JSR Visual Manufacturing Support Group. Mr. Reimer previously embarked upon his professional ventures in the industry as a product, safety and environmental engineer for Luminite Products Corporation and a plant manager and industrial engineer for Crosby Company Metal Stamping.
An expert in his field, Mr. Reimer initially earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in management engineering from Erie Community College and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in business, management and economics from SUNY Empire State College. Additionally, he has obtained a plethora of certifications, including the lean manufacturing operations conference certificate through the American Society for Quality and several environmental certifications. Mr. Reimer likewise acquired an effectiveness, quality, strategic planning and marketing certification through Ernst & Young and a senior member certificate through the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Reimer maintained his affiliation with the Institute of Industrial Engineers and the American Society for Quality. In conjunction with his work in the field, he also contributes to those less fortunate.
