An accomplished listee, Mr. Crymes celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Celebrating a storied career as a draftsman and structural steel detailer, Mr. Crymes has found success as the founder and president of Accurate Detailing Associates for nearly 30 years. Harboring a passion for drawing since he was a child, Mr. Crymes regularly found himself drawing rocket ships during his high school math class. At the end of the school year, his teacher handed him a stack of notebook papers containing his doodles. From that moment on, he was determined to pursue a career utilizing his artistic abilities. Mr. Crymes subsequently enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, through which he served his country from 1954 to 1957. He was grateful for the opportunity to apply his drawing skills while abroad.

After completing his military service, Mr. Crymes attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Georgia. He began his career as a draftsman with Jack Zwecker & Co. between 1961 and 1975, and later found success as a draftsman checker for L.N. Ross Engineering from 1984 to 1987 and as the chief draftsman for Addison Steel in 1987. Mr. Crymes returned to academia in 2017 to complete coursework in architectural history from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

For his achievements in the field, Mr. Crymes is honored to have been a recipient of the Architectural Digest Award, as well as the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
