Massimiliano Stamerra has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Growing up in a small town in Italy, Mr. Stamerra cultivated a deep appreciation for the culinary arts. As a teenager, he initially found success at a local bar and restaurant and, while studying in college, learned the full art of making delicious pizza. After coming of age, he came to own two restaurants – Capri and Capri New Style Gallipoli. After relocating to the United States, Mr. Stamerra established Capri New Style in Miami, Florida.

As a traditional pizza chef, Mr. Stamerra studied in Santa Cesarea Terme, where he learned the basics of proper food preservation and hygiene in the workplace, as well as the management of a kitchen. He also studied at the Italian School of Pizza Makers in Caorle, Italy, as well as the International School of Catering. Presently, Mr. Stamerra serves as the owner of Gioia Eat in Hollywood, Florida. He is also a master consulting pizza maker for IBS United States of America Inc.

In addition to his work at his restaurant, Mr. Stamerra is the owner founder of the Pizzaioli USA Academy, a reference point for students aspiring to become skilled artisans in the art of pizza making. As an accomplished professional, he was recently featured in News Break and the Sun Sentinel in a piece titled "Dinner and Throw." In addition, he has also received numerous accolades and recognitions from international institutions and competitions, including 12 gold medals, three silver medals and four bronze medals. Most recently, Mr. Stamerra won the Best Award at the Great Britain Pizza Senza Frontiere European Pizza Championship in London, England. As a respected voice in the field, he served as a judge for four years for MSC Cruises.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Stamerra has been most grateful to perfect his craft to the point that he can make creative and unique styles of pizza. He also specializes in gluten-free and custom-made dough for customers with allergies and health conditions. In accounting for his standout success, he credits his passion for the craft, as well as his dedication to hard work. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stamerra plans to open a restaurant that offers completely gluten-free cuisine. He would also like to expand his business and the academy to an international level.
