As a young man trying to provide for his young daughter, Mr. Adams took advantage of the opportunity to work in maintenance at McDonald's. For 20 years, he held positions such as Second Assistant Manager, First Assistant Manager and General Manager. During this time, he managed various stores throughout the States of Georgia, Tennessee, Iowa and Pennsylvania. He also served as a General Manager of Dunkin' for two years. Mr. Adams established his own business, Eat365Today LLC in 2019, where he currently excels as Chief Executive Officer and Owner. To supplement his professional career, he holds an Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice from DeKalb Technical College.
Throughout his career in restaurant management, Mr. Adams has been responsible for restaurants with annual revenue ranging from $1.4 to $4.3 million. In his myriad management positions, not only has he been responsible for managing restaurant operations, he has also developed expertise in understanding and analyzing P&L reports, as well as helping others identify the link between QSR and business results.
Although his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Adams has been most proud of his ability to train others. He has had managers follow him across the country to be a part of his team and has often received feedback praising him for his teaching abilities that have led to success in others. After establishing his own business, he was featured on Penn Live/Patriot News for developing his own food delivery service in 2021.
